GENERAL
What areas do you serve?
SteadyFlow serves Plant City, Lakeland, Tampa, Brandon, Valrico, Riverview, Winter Haven and all of Central Florida for mobile appointments. Our Remote Online Notary service is available nationwide.
How quickly can you get to me?
Same-day and next-day appointments are usually available. We also offer evening and weekend slots for busy clients.
Are you licensed, bonded and insured?
Yes — Tamara is a fully commissioned Florida Notary Public, HIPAA certified, background checked, bonded and insured with E&O coverage.
How do I pay?
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, Zelle, Cash App and cash. Invoices available for business clients.
MOBILE NOTARY
Do I need to prepare anything?
Have your unsigned document(s) ready and a valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID for each signer. Do NOT sign the document before we arrive — signatures must be witnessed.
Can you notarize in hospitals or nursing homes?
Absolutely. Tamara is HIPAA certified and experienced with bedside notarizations, including coordination with facility staff.
How much does a mobile appointment cost?
Florida notary fees are set by statute per notarization. A separate travel fee applies based on your location. Contact us for a transparent flat-rate quote.
REMOTE ONLINE NOTARY (RON)
Is RON legal and accepted?
Yes. Florida authorizes RON under state law, and RON notarizations are accepted by lenders, title companies, courts and government agencies across the U.S.
What do I need for a RON session?
A computer, tablet or smartphone with camera, microphone and stable internet; a valid government-issued photo ID; and your document in digital form (PDF preferred).
How long does a RON session take?
Most sessions complete in under 20 minutes, including identity verification.
LOAN SIGNING
Are you a certified signing agent?
Yes — NNA-certified, background-checked and experienced with purchase, refinance, HELOC and reverse mortgage packages.
Do you provide scan-backs?
Yes, scan-backs are provided within hours of the signing when requested.
Will you travel for signings?
Yes — anywhere in Central Florida. Rush and after-hours signings available.
WEDDING OFFICIANT
Do you write custom ceremonies?
Yes — every ceremony is written with you. We meet before the wedding to hear your story and craft language that fits your love.
Will you file our marriage license?
Yes, we handle the filing so you don't have to worry about a thing.
Are you LGBTQ+ affirming?
Absolutely. We proudly officiate ceremonies for all couples.

How do engagements work?
We offer hourly, project-based and monthly retainer engagements. We'll recommend the right fit after a short discovery call.
