Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: September 2, 2026

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of steadyflowsolutionsgroup.com and any services provided by SteadyFlow Solutions Group LLC (“SteadyFlow,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing our website, requesting an appointment, making a payment, or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

SERVICES

SteadyFlow provides professional services that may include mobile notary services, Remote Online Notarization (“RON”), loan signing support, wedding officiant services, and business support services.

Service availability depends on factors such as location, scheduling, document requirements, technology, identification, applicable law, and the circumstances of the requested service. Submitting a request does not guarantee that an appointment or service has been accepted.

NOT LEGAL OR FINANCIAL ADVICE

SteadyFlow is not a law firm and does not provide legal, tax, financial, or real-estate advice.

We do not select legal documents for customers, prepare legal documents unless separately qualified and expressly authorized to do so, explain the legal effect of a document, or determine whether a document will accomplish a customer’s intended purpose.

Customers are responsible for obtaining documents and instructions from an attorney, government agency, title company, lender, employer, or other appropriate source. Questions about the meaning, legality, completeness, or effect of a document should be directed to a qualified professional.

CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES

Customers are responsible for:

• Providing complete and accurate information when requesting services.

• Confirming that the document is complete and ready for notarization, except for signatures or information that must be completed in the notary’s presence.

• Providing acceptable, current identification when identification is required.

• Ensuring that all signers and required witnesses are present at the agreed time and location.

• Confirming witness requirements before the appointment and arranging qualified witnesses unless SteadyFlow has expressly agreed to assist with witness arrangements.

• Understanding the document and signing voluntarily.

• Ensuring that the requested service and document comply with applicable law.

• Providing safe, lawful, and reasonable access to the appointment location.

SteadyFlow is not responsible for delays, unsuccessful appointments, or additional charges caused by incomplete documents, unacceptable identification, missing signers or witnesses, incorrect information, technology problems outside our control, or a customer’s failure to meet these responsibilities.

NOTARIZATION REQUIREMENTS AND RIGHT TO REFUSE

A notary may decline or stop a notarization when required or permitted by law, including when:

• A signer is not physically or electronically present as required.

• Acceptable identification cannot be provided.

• The document is incomplete.

• The signer does not appear willing, aware, or able to understand the general nature of the transaction.

• Fraud, coercion, misrepresentation, or unlawful activity is suspected.

• The requested act is not permitted by law.

• The notary has a conflict of interest or cannot complete the required certificate.

• The location, conduct, or circumstances create a safety concern.

Payment does not require a notary to complete an unlawful or improper notarization.

REMOTE ONLINE NOTARIZATION

RON services require the signer to satisfy the applicable platform’s technical, identity-verification, credential-analysis, and audiovisual requirements.

The signer is responsible for having a compatible device, reliable internet connection, working camera and microphone, acceptable identification, and any information needed for identity proofing.

A RON session may be delayed, rescheduled, or discontinued if the signer cannot pass identity verification, the technology fails, the document is unsuitable for electronic notarization, or applicable legal requirements cannot be met.

RON sessions and electronic journal records may be recorded and retained as required by Florida law or other applicable law.

APPOINTMENTS, ARRIVAL, AND TRAVEL

Appointment requests are subject to confirmation. Customers should not consider an appointment final until SteadyFlow confirms it.

Mobile-service pricing may include separate charges for notarization, travel, mileage, convenience, printing, waiting time, after-hours service, additional stops, witnesses, or other requested services. Applicable charges will be disclosed through a quote, invoice, booking information, or other communication.

Customers must provide an accurate service address and promptly notify SteadyFlow of location or scheduling changes. Additional charges may apply when the location, distance, number of signers, number of documents, printing requirements, waiting time, or scope of work differs from the original request.

Arrival times may be affected by traffic, weather, emergencies, previous appointments, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control. SteadyFlow will make reasonable efforts to communicate material delays.

FEES AND PAYMENT

Prices may vary based on the service requested, location, time, travel distance, number of notarial acts, printing requirements, complexity, platform costs, and additional services.

Notarial fees and separate travel or convenience charges will be identified when applicable. The customer is responsible for reviewing and approving the quoted charges before service.

Payment may be required when booking, before the appointment, at the appointment, or upon receipt of an invoice. Available payment methods may include cash, card, electronic payment link, or another approved method.

Customers are responsible for charges associated with completed services, travel already performed, waiting time, printing, third-party processing, or other work completed at their request, even when a notarization cannot be completed because the customer or signer fails to meet the applicable requirements.

CANCELLATIONS, RESCHEDULING, AND REFUNDS

Cancellations, rescheduling, no-shows, late arrivals, and refunds are governed by the cancellation or refund policy displayed on our website, booking page, estimate, invoice, payment page, or written service agreement.

Because SteadyFlow may reserve appointment time, travel, print documents, purchase platform services, or perform preparation before an appointment, some charges may be nonrefundable once that work or expense has occurred.

If different terms are included in a written quote, invoice, booking confirmation, or service agreement for a particular service, those specific terms control for that transaction.

WEDDING OFFICIANT SERVICES

Customers requesting wedding officiant services are responsible for obtaining a valid marriage license, confirming all legal requirements, presenting the license to the officiant, and providing accurate ceremony and filing information.

SteadyFlow is not responsible for delays or invalidity caused by an expired, incomplete, incorrect, or unavailable marriage license or by information supplied inaccurately by the couple or another party.

Ceremony details, rehearsals, travel, customization, additional time, cancellations, and document-return arrangements may be governed by a separate written agreement.

BUSINESS SUPPORT SERVICES

The scope, deadline, price, and deliverables for business support services will be based on the applicable quote, invoice, booking description, email, or written agreement.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate source information, instructions, files, access, approvals, and feedback within the requested time. SteadyFlow is not responsible for delays or errors resulting from incomplete, late, inaccurate, or unauthorized customer-provided materials.

Business support services do not include legal representation, legal advice, accounting, tax advice, or other licensed professional services unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement and lawfully permitted.

THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Our website and services may use or link to third-party providers, including Wix, Square, BlueNotary, email providers, calendar services, mapping services, social-media platforms, and other technology or payment providers.

Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices. SteadyFlow is not responsible for a third party’s availability, policies, system failures, processing decisions, security practices, or actions outside SteadyFlow’s reasonable control.

WEBSITE USE

You agree not to:

• Use the website for fraudulent, unlawful, abusive, or misleading purposes.

• Attempt to interfere with the website’s security, operation, or availability.

• Submit malicious code, false information, or content that violates another person’s rights.

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or commercially use website content without permission, except as allowed by law.

Website content is provided for general information and may be changed, corrected, or removed without notice.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The SteadyFlow name, logo, branding, website design, written content, graphics, and other original materials are owned by or licensed to SteadyFlow Solutions Group LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

No ownership rights are transferred through use of the website or purchase of services.

COMMUNICATIONS

By providing your contact information, you authorize SteadyFlow to contact you about inquiries, quotes, appointments, payments, service updates, and customer support through the communication methods you provide.

Marketing communications will be sent only as permitted by law. You may ask us to stop optional promotional communications, but you may still receive communications necessary to complete or document a requested service.

NO GUARANTEE OF OUTCOME

SteadyFlow does not guarantee that a document will be accepted by a court, agency, lender, title company, employer, correctional facility, impound lot, financial institution, or other receiving party.

A notarization verifies the performance of a notarial act; it does not prove that a document is legally valid, enforceable, accurate, or suitable for its intended purpose.

Customers are responsible for confirming the receiving party’s document, signature, witness, delivery, and notarization requirements before the appointment.

LIMITATION OF RESPONSIBILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SteadyFlow is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses resulting from use of the website or services, third-party systems, customer-provided information, document rejection, missed deadlines, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms excludes responsibility that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

PRIVACY

Our collection and use of personal information are described in our Privacy Policy. By using the website or services, you acknowledge that you have had an opportunity to review that policy.

CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms when our services, business practices, website, or legal obligations change. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.

Changes apply to future website use and service requests. Terms already confirmed in a separate written agreement remain governed by that agreement unless the parties agree otherwise.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be handled in an appropriate court with jurisdiction in Florida unless a separate written agreement provides otherwise.
